We were given the check in details prior to arrival and the instructions were clear. We arrived before the check in time and they helped with the storage of luggage. While we were out, they informed that they had given us a free upgrade for the room and it was an extremely pleasant surprise when we checked in as the room was extremely spacious, which made our 4-night stay in Tainan really comfortable. There's also snacks provided at the lobby and it's quite a good selection. They also provided water dispenser which is convenient and environmentally friendly. The location is also convenient to most of the attractions and food, but it can be quite a walk (10-15mins) to the places that open later at night. Lastly, we are also grateful to the staff for helping us receive our online order items and storing them till our arrival, which they kindly placed in our room when we checked in.

The room is not big, but very cosy and clean with a comfortable bed and nice bath. There is a comfortable communal area on the ground floor with free drinks and snacks, where guests can relax. The location is awesome: close to some if the best sights like Confucius temple and the Art Museum, as well as shops and restaurants, yet very quiet, as the building is in a small side street. The owner is really friendly and helpful and speaks English well. We felt instantly at home and highly recommend this place for a stay in Tainan.

Lots of restaurants nearby, and good ones recommended by the B & B.

I had a wonderful experience staying here: everything is just perfect, very comfy, quiet and cozy, especially the cleaning level is top! The property is well equipped with anything you need, and there’s also a sharing space at the entrance where you can find kitchen tools like kettle, mugs and there’s even refillable drinking water. I’m totally impressed about so many details in this place (very refined taste), it’s artsy and minimal with a pleasant woody scent around the building. Details make difference and this one has this kind of warm human touch, letting you feel like at your own home! I love my cozy room, and there’s this cute drawing of a green cat on the wall keeping me company. The two owner are so kind, they recommended me about Tainan’s eatery and they gifted me a local fruit to try. Next time if come back in Tainan I will definitely stay here again!
