Situated within 1.8 km of Kandy railway station and 1.9 km of Bogambara Stadium in Kandy, Kandy Tree Tops provides accommodation with seating area. It was more than we imagined - it is a newly built/renovated guesthouse on a beautiful property, within a beautiful garden. The family welcomed us in person, invited us for a juice on their terrace and then showed us our beautiful, big room with a super comfortable bathroom incl. a big shower and towels. We felt extremely comfortable after arriving in Kandy quite tired after a long train ride. After we had time to freshen up a bit, they gave us some recommendations for restaurants (unfortunately we only stayed one night) and how to get there best. On the next day they provided breakfast in their private living room - we enjoyed it a lot to see their house and learn more about our hosts. Thank you so much!

Good and diverse breakfast. Clean room with mosquito net and AC. Good wifi. Nice owners. Beautiful garden. The owners provided help with organising trips and transportation as well. Good starting point for Polonaruwa and Sigiriya. Plenty of places to eat just 5 min walk from property.

Featuring mountain views, Ambuluwawa View Inn offers accommodation with terrace, around 17 km from Kandy Royal Botanic Gardens. We LOVED our stay here! The hosts are among the friendliest hosts we’ve ever had and the accommodation is perfect for going to Ambuluwawa Tower. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable with perfect Wi-Fi and consistent hot water. We ate breakfast and dinner here every day and we loved each meal we had… Try the curry, it’s delicious! To get to the tower, the hosts took us in their TukTuk, let us explore and then took us back to the accommodation for a very fair price. We will definitely be recommending this accommodation to our friends that come to Sri Lanka… We originally only booked 2 nights but ended up extending it to 4 nights due to the comfort. Exceptional stay 👍🏻
