Very well organized and equipped stay, with kitchen, washing machine, lounge area etc. The rooms were also lovely, clean and comfy. The host Yamada was very friendly and accommodating. Great value for money, would definitely stay again!

Jaye, the host was the best. He helped to Organise our entertainment as well as cooked great food for us . Such great positive connection he provided, we will always stay only at his place when traveling to Kandy.

We stayed here for two nights and the place was clean and beautiful And it had comfortable beds and the room furniture was new and suitable, but it was a little far from Kandy Lake, so we had to use a tuk-tuk or a taxi.

Probably the biggest & most comfortable bed in Sri Lanka. The room is generously big, very clean and electricity, hot water, fan - just everything worked completely fine. The hosts are both very helping and friendly. We received a very nice welcome tea and totally enjoyed our stay!

The house is a bit of a climb from the town, but you get rewarded with a great view and you can even see the Buddha statue from the terrace. They serve great breakfast and dinner in case you are to lazy to go into town, and are ready for recommendations of what to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again!! Big thanks to the family for making my stay in Kandy so pleasant :)

I’ve travelled to many countries and stayed in some amazing accommodation and this is one of my favourite places of all time. A truly authentic and surreal experience. We felt like we’re staying in a colonial palace in the sky. Truly memorable and amazing experience. Incredibly relaxing and tranquil. I would come back to Sri Lanka just come back and stay at Villa Rosa! The staff were incredible, and very kind, and helpful. Food was authentic, high quality and delicious.

Offering garden views, De Paris à Kandy in Kandy offers accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a bar, a shared lounge, a garden and a terrace. Our stay at De Paris a Kandy was wonderful. The hotel is like a bed & breakfast situated in a beautiful, modern and spacious home. The hosts, Michele and Alexandra, were so kind and welcoming to our family. The breakfasts were a real treat and prepared very fresh and the rooms and bathrooms were well equipped, clean and perfect for our family. The A/C worked well and there was a nice pool we used, as well as several outdoor and common areas. The location is close to the botanical gardens and about a 10-15 minute tuk-tuk ride from the center of Kandy (still close enough to order take-out or delivery!).
