Ace Boutique was a peaceful oasis close to the airport. The staff and owner family are very kind and warm. They always want their guests to be happy and comfortable. They even helped me celebrate my 76th birthday. The mattress was comfortable and the hot shower had good pressure. Restaurants and shopping are close by, however the main road is not pleasant for walking but tuk tuks are always close by and available. I would definitely recommend a stay here at the beginning or end of your trip to Sri Lanka. I’ve already booked 2 nights at the end of my trip!

Very nice owner who picked us up from the airport in the night. Very clean and quiet room. Only a few minutes drive from the airport. Amith is also a tour guide and he knows a lot about his country. Breakfast was included and very good. Great value for money !

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He would pick you and drop off to the airport with a very low taxi fare. This was our second stay in this hotel and we definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is nice and clean and the owners will help you with whatever you need! We can only recommend it.

It has very nice garden, there is a lovely owner speaking good English, who can also cook for you as you wish. Here you have everything you need for short stay. Also the shops are around, you can buy something to eat, drink. We vere very satisfied here. For longer stay, we would like to reccomend the owner to get some small fridge and cattle for hot watter for doing tea or coffe ourselfs.
