We were able to make some food and I made coffee in the am. There is a nice place to sit outside with a beautiful view and wonderful garden. I walked to the nearby park and saw the rhododendron trail and river which was really pretty. Quick drive to downtown. It felt safe and quiet and easy to walk around.

Ucluelet Aquarium is 3 minutes’ drive from this non-smoking Ucluelet property. Free WiFi is included. Spring Cove views are offered. The room was super cozy and the view from the windows make you feel immersed in nature. We found water (sparkling and still) and chocolate/fruit bars which made us feel very welcomed. The hosts pay attention to every detail and everything looks perfect. The possibility to use mugs, plates and the microwave is really convenient.

This guesthouse is in a beautiful location, very close to Chesterman beach, and about 5km from Tofino town centre. The facilities within the guesthouse have been nicely thought out. The back of the main house has a fabulous platform to chill and watch nature. Idyllic view.

Volpana and her mom were super helpful, and the property was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-located. Incredible value for money, too. Could not have had a better stay!!

Offering a garden and garden view, Red Robe B&B is located in Nanaimo, 12 km from Newcastle Island Marine Park and 13 km from Nanaimo Museum. We loved that once one room of the two available was booked, no other guest would be booked in, hence exclusive use of the bathroom & adjacent kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowed us to have our breakfast when we liked & to make evening meals using foods purchased at shops in the area (Walmart up the road), if we wanted to stay in after a day's touring. The separate, number pad coded entrance enhanced the privacy too. Swan was an unobtrusive but excellent host, always messaging first to ask if anything was needed. We enjoyed her informative one on one Chinese tea making demo (for longer stay tea drinking guests only though!).

Chims Motel provides rooms in Port Alberni. Featuring full-day security, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. We liked everything about this place. The tiny houses are new and shiny inside, I mean absolutely spotless. Full set of appliances, including a clothes washer/dryer! (We stayed in the Studio unit.) Full size refrig/freezer. Private outdoor covered sitting area with table. Wifi antenna in the room. Plush towels! The proprietor is super nice and helpful, gave us several recommendations for good restaurants downtown. She has a couple of great dogs too, if you're into that.
