Tuve el honor de quedarme una noche con Shila y su familia. Es la mejor manera de conocer mejor cómo es la vida en una familia nepalí. Me hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento, me cambiaron de habitación porque viajo sola y para sentirme más segura ☺️ preparé la cena con su cute hija 🫶🏻 me hicieron dos tatuajes de henna, me probé un sari, el desayuno súper completo, la cama muy muy cómoda y la casa es bastante moderna. Incluso Shila, que es súper dulce me regaló un bonito monedero cuando me fui ☺️ Sin duda volveré cuando vuelva a Nepal 🧡

10 ++++ / A++++ stay. Great owner and wife. He was friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English. Great room with views. Quiet location with a wonderful balcony. Great WiFi connection. Great co-owner (wife) who cooks great. Great dinner and breakfast. Loved the location, in the middle of nowhere, but it was the real Nepal, a tiny village, I loved it. Large comfortable room. They brought local beer to my room upon request. The water was decent but could have been a little hotter. Great rooftop views as well. Nice view of the mountain range. Daniel USA

Originally i had only planned to stay for three nights at the Farmhouse of the Tiwari family. But after I arrived at this idyllic place and got to know Bishnu, Kalpana, Bibek and Binayak, I knew that I will stay longer. In the end I stayed over a week and it was such a lovely, relaxing and interesting time. The house is located in a beautiful village, surrounded by terrace fields and abundant with different bird species. I was welcomed as a part of the family and experienced local life and culture. Every day I was treated with local dishes, made mostly with homegrown ingredients, and all of them were delicious! Bishnu showed me around the farm on a two hour tour, took me to the local milk collection center, the village rice mill, to springs around the village, milking their cows and to see some honeybees. I celebrated Shivaratri at the local Shiva temple with the family and experienced the celebration of their ancestors. When i wanted to relax i enjoyed my time in the beautiful yard, on the rooftop with perfect views of the Himalayas or strolling around the village, talking to locals. One can walk in 1,5 hours to Namobuddha monastery, go to Dhulikel or visit a waterfall nearby. If you want to relax, eat well, experience nepali culture, talk to locals or just be in a beautiful surrounding - this place is for you! I am very thankful for the hospitality of this family and i‘m sure that the memory of this place will stay with me for a long time. Thank you!
