Our hosts were very friendly and sweet, and helped out when we had an issue with the code of the electronic lock. They said we would fall in love with Montreal, and we thought it was just a routine way to welcome us... but we really did fall in love with the city. Air conditioning was helpful, kitchen fantastic, common space great for us, because I could go there to read at 3am (jetlag) without disturbing my sleeping daughter.

I really liked the chat with the employees, how they helped with additional information and were kind. The room was excellent, very comfortable, clean + I was pleased with the additional information about the city (where to eat, how transport works and even where to park). I was also pleased with the location relative to the metro. My suitcase broke and what would I do if it took 15 minutes to get to the metro instead of 5 minutes...
