Good location, close to bars, street food, restaurant, shop, pharmacy…
During the day it is close walk to the main bus station by the canal, 1km. Well i came to the guesthouse with a taxi scooter:-) And when i was leaving i went by walk to the station in the morning to catch a bus to Chiang Mai.
Lovely, AC room with nice bathroom, fridge with drinking water… Clean and nice.
Owners and staff were very nice. Good breakfast and tasty coffee. Very nice terrace to sit on.
Owner drove me to the old city (historical park) for additional price.
I recommend! ;-)

The resort is very close to the historical site and provides bicycles to visit it independently. Rooms are very spacious and clean, and you feel surrounded by nature (with "frogs concerts" during the night). The swimming pool was super relaxing at the end of the day. What really made the difference though was the kindness and availability of the host. Highly recommended if you are in Sukhothai.

This guesthouse is outstanding. The staff, especially Jim do everything possible to ensure your stay is comfortable. The bungalows are set in appealing gardens and are clean and very nice. They are an average size room with comfortable bed, AC and fan. The cost was very reasonable. I hired a motorcycle from them to see all the ruins. They also provided transport to bus station (for a fee). Walking distance to 7/11, night market and centre of town. I definitely recommend this guesthouse

Our detached bungalow style room was very comfortable for sleeping, and had a small balcony as well for sitting on. The swimming pool is a reasonable size, and the breakfasts are very good with plenty of choice.

Very nice resort ! There are 15 bungalows there it's very quiet and intimate. Very good and qualitative breakfast. The swimming pool is very nice and the staff's very friendly. Also the resort is very convenient due to it's location not to far from the old Sukhothai which you can get by bike rented by the resort.
