Featuring garden views, Fairlie Holiday Park in Fairlie features accommodation and a shared lounge. The air-conditioned accommodation is 28 km from Mt. Dobson. There was a toilet just outside our room. There was a lot of space in our room. The kitchen, bathroom and toilets were very close and clean. All good.

Glentanner Park is a holiday park and activity centre offering affordable accommodation and panoramic views of Aoraki Mount Cook and Mount Cook National Park. Not so many people during the first night, there is a toilet and a sink in the dorm so that's good. A good surprise, they provide a towel for all the guests. It's quite rare to see that for backpackers. I drove from Picton to Glentanner (8 hours drive) it's really good that they let you do a late check-in. It's not completely indicated in their description but they let your key in the mailbox with the instruction.
