The Village de Cottages, known in the past as "Les Roulottes du Berry", is an ideal destination to spend a family holiday with your children during the school holidays, for a weekend or a short stay as well as for family events (weddings, birthdays, parties) or professional. The village offers a luxury camping experience. We resided in little mobile home cottages that were small but functional. There is even a single Central air conditioning unit in each unit. However guests have to decide between having privacy in the bedrooms and Air Conditioning as closing the door impedes the air flow. Each unit has a nice small deck which makes loading and unloading easy and convenient.

Pottery Museum is 1.4 km from the holiday park, while Briare Aqueduct is 11 km away. The nearest airport is Paris - Orly Airport, 138 km from Bord de Loire.

Mobile home was lovely, on an excellent site complex.

Each chalet at the L’oasis du Berry includes a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi access and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge. All was exselent,location,cleanles,staff.

You can play billiards and mini-golf at the holiday park, and bike hire is available. Guests can swim in the indoor pool, go fishing or hiking or relax in the garden. We stayed at this hotel, and we really enjoyed it. On Booking.com it didn't make it clear that the hotel does breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there is also a bar which has live music sometimes. The hotel itself is a huge complex, a 'grand old lady' with sweeping staircases and ornate facades. The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our (sometimes demanding) requests! There is an indoor pool, and a petting farm with donkeys and other animals. The location is on the outskirts of a village which is very sleepy. So if you are looking for somewhere off the beaten track to completely unwind, and just enjoy the peace and quite on a budget this is the place for you.
