Featuring a sauna, BBQ facilities and a games room with a table tennis table, Leith Valley Holiday Park and Motels is just 3 minutes’ drive from the Dunedin Botanic Gardens. It offers accommodation with a private patio and lovely garden views.

The accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and the bedroom and the bunk beds were so cozy and inviting that my son was thrilled to go to bed. :) The place was like a dream stay with just the required facilities and no over crowding at any point.

Offering free Wi-Fi and a children’s playground with a trampoline, Dunedin Holiday Park is just 200 metres from St Kilda Beach. Guests enjoy modern communal kitchens and spacious outdoor dining areas with BBQ facilities.

Accommodation options include private rooms, bungalows and apartments. All feature heating and an electric kettle. Some include a fully equipped kitchen. Most accommodation has a flat-screen TV.

Great location very close to the city centre but far away to have some peace and quiet as well. Friendly helpful staff and lady who cleaned the rooms was very nice and engaged with us which made our stay feel like home.

The position. You could sit on the balcony or look out of your window across the promenade to watch the surfers and the waves rolling in. In addition to all the highly acceptable features the property had its own garage accessed directly from the promenade. Within yards of the property there were a good selection of bars/bistros and coffee shops. A heated public saltwater swimming pool is a mere 200 metres away right on the sea front.

The location was fabulous and the area was quiet in the evening allowing us to rest well each night. Staying out of the cbd meant parking was stress free. The Artdeco styling was very homely reminding me of family holidays as a child.

Great little holiday park in North Dunedin. We've stayed many times in both campervan and various rooms and cabins. Always friendly, always appropriately clean and comfy. Great value for money snd a top spot if you like a walk. You've got some nice bush trails, parkland and its only a couple of km to town. Perfect.
