The bed was confortable. The pool and bbq area was nicely setup for entertaining. I appreciated the cooking utensils being readily available and the clean grill grate which had no rust. The fireplace was ready to go with firewood and had extra for the long nights. The 55" TV smart tv with was nice to have to watch music videos to help set the mood for the evening.
