This property is exceptional, but better than the property are the host and his wife. It is a 7 min walk to a beautiful clean beach. 3 - 5 mins by tuk tuk to the city centre and various ayurveda centres, money exchange, pier88 (fantastic restaurant on the river). A tuk tuk to the city centre and back is approx 300 slr. You can stop by at keels for your groceries. Turtle hatcheries, water sports at some of the. Upmarket resorts, river safaries are all with a 10 min ride. You must stay at this property. Super friendly and very accommodating host. It was an honor to stay at the host’s family home. It was peaceful. WiFi worked good. We were served coconuts from the garden before our departure.

The house is spacious with all comforts one would need. The garden, sit-out areas, the pool and the lake are real highlights. Top this up with delicious meals from the celebrity chef Chandana. House staff, Gajan and Kabi were very kind and made sure that we had good time. Thanks also to Leon for his support.

The garden is a lovely little oasis. Raj offers a fresh, delicious, and generous breakfast - Sri Lankan style or western style as guests prefer. Wadduwa Beach is only a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Welcome to Amuura Beach Hotel in Beruwala, our little paradise right on the beach! Everything is perfect, we liked this absolutely stunning villa. Thanks a lot our hospitable hosts for this amazing and stylish place. The villa is 2 steps from the beach and has a landscaped green area with hammocks and sun loungers. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. I strongly recommend this place, it is the best choice, we were so happy to stay here
