A tuk tuk to the city centre and back is approx 300 slr. You can stop by at keels for your groceries. Turtle hatcheries, water sports at some of the. Upmarket resorts, river safaries are all with a 10 min ride. You must stay at this property. Wonderful family-run guesthouse. Though the host's English was limited, we had no problem communicating and he and his family were extremely accommodating. AC worked well and the unit is quite large. Raj is a great guy and his inn provides a warm and welcoming environment. He is first and foremost committed to the comfort of his guests and will go the extra mile to be sure his guests are happy. The garden is a lovely little oasis. Raj offers a fresh, delicious, and generous breakfast - Sri Lankan style or western style as guests prefer. Wadduwa Beach is only a short walk away. The villa is 2 steps from the beach and has a landscaped green area with hammocks and sun loungers. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. I strongly recommend this place, it is the best choice, we were so happy to stay here
