Ferran and Madura were so nice and organized everything for us! we also loved that it was really quiet and we were able to take some time off. We would for sure come back and stay with them again.

Boutique-villaen Sergeant House Boutique Villa & Private Beach ligger rett ved Unawatuna Beach, og er et prima eksempel på koloniarkitektur fra 1800-tallet. Likte absolutt alt. Fantastisk frokost med fersk frukt og nypresset juice. Flott rom, veldig fin basseng og fine tropiske omgivelser. Vi likte strsnd . Absolutt alt var bra. Takk til alle de flinke gutter ved frokostsalen.

Super clean, refreshing welcome, extremely helpful and accommodating owner. Pre-airconditioned bedrooms were pleasant. Fast internet. Big smart tv with working YouTube. Very well equipped apartment for long term stays. Pity we planned just one night.

Squirrels live on the tree near the balcony, which we liked :) of course there are many animals around, but they never get inside the room.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to location super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Very helpful owner..Great view on both sides(specifically sea view) Newly built rooms. Highly recommended for everyone..
