Absolutely amazing and one of the best places that we have stayed in. We stayed in Edgware Cabana villa and the place is modern and so comfortable! Plus it has an amazing big bathroom with a tub big enough to fit 2. The staff were also absolutely amazing. They made our stay perfect and I would definitely recommend them. We went for the half board option and it was like getting a restaurant experience in the comfort of your own villa. I would recommend at least spending one day doing absolutely nothing but enjoying the villa. TV was big and had all streaming channels and WiFi was really good :)

Everything here is perfect, it was quite possibly the best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka and that includes places like the Heritance Kandalama which was dramatically more expensive. The property: Perfectly manicured and beautiful gardens with flowers everywhere. The building is beautiful with detailed wood finishing on all surfaces except the floor which is covered in beautiful plush carpeting which contributes to reduced noise from people walking around. All guests and staff remove their shoes and wear provided slippers around the property to ensure the floors are nice and clean. There’s also a pool table in the lobby. The room: A+ comfortable bed with down duvet, crisp sheets and more pillows than Martha Stewart would have on her bed - with a variety of thickness and firmness so anyone’s preference will be met. Super clean from top to bottom, excellent bathroom and shower with stone finishing and a jacuzzi tub which we used and it worked well. Television with Comedy Central so that made me happy at night. Clean glasses, coffee, tea, and one of the few rooms in Sri Lanka with a working refrigerator that had a small freezer for ice which was readily available from the hotel. Breakfast: We had the western and it was fantastic. I’m sure the Sri Lankan breakfast would be even better. Too much food though. Location: walking distance to the town center but far enough that it was very quiet at night and minimal tuktuk noise in the morning. Staff: attentive, kind, service oriented and professional - we have found this to be standard throughout Sri Lanka but it was even better here.

What a beautiful couple of days at Kent Cottage. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and extremely clean. A great shower temperature and pressure. An easy tuktuk ride into the centre. Breakfast was delicious and generously sized. And the staff were extremely kind and polite and so helpful. We had a wonderful time

Very good water pressure in the shower:) Beautiful view and cool swimig pool. The staff just amazing! Very high standard (I didn't meet in Sri Lanka yet) Profesional and clean SPA - I highly recommend (40usd/1h) Best breakfast (including nice buns and waffles) and proper coffe! The location is perfect and an amazing view of the Lake and mountains. The room was spacious, like a studio, and very clean. I requested the Sri Lankan breakfast which was very tasty. Overall this was a great stay and well worth the price.
