Great location for exploring the south. Views are spectacular! The host is a prompt communicator. We had everything we needed. Washer and dryer are great so we can pack.light. the nearby local pools are much more affordable and.convenient. our favorite restaurants for the entire trip were close- the Efstidalur Farm is a comfortable place with great food, nice portions and reasonable pricing plus the BEST ice cream to finish the meal.! The Lindin in Laugervauton is an elegant place with fabulous food! The friendliness and warm welcome made us feel.like.long lost friends. Call ahead for a reservation or even same.day to make sure they can accommodate you.
