Offering a garden and garden view, Cosy Country Cottage; Brecon Beacons is situated in Crickhowell, 28 km from Clifford Castle and 32 km from Longtown Castle.

All modern facilities catered for. Kitchen is small but there is very good use of the space including a range for cooking, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine. Kitchen fully equipped with cutlery, pots, pans, glassware and crockery. Sounds crowded, but the use of space means it isn't. Very well planned cottage, and will take some ideas away for my own property. Hosts are really friendly and accessible when I had any questions about recycling, etc. Bed was comfortable and I struggled in the arms of Morpheus most mornings to get out! Wonderful views across the valley. Magical when the snow was on the mountain tops and it felt like spring at the cottage.

Set in Crickhowell, in a historic building, 32 km from Longtown Castle, Scenic Welsh Cottage in the Brecon Beacons is a holiday home with a garden and barbecue facilities.

Very helpful hosts. Brilliant location and house. Ideal for us and another family with 4 pre-school children. Lots of space inside (garden smaller than expected but lovely) and quite soundproof. One of the bedrooms had a little extra section that was perfect to fit our son's cot in so he couldn't see our bed!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location in the small town of Crickhowell. Nearby cafes and restaurants and lovely walks. Very comfortable and spacious house. Had everything we needed and more. This is our second time here, and we'd love to return again.

Set 22 km from Longtown Castle, Kavieng offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The holiday home is 40 km from Newport Golf Club.

Location was perfect for my visit. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The place is absolutely lovely, clean, comfortable with everything you need to either cook yourself or just to sit and relax. I cannot recommend enough and I will be using again as I often go to that area for work.

2 bed period cottage sleeps 4 in central Crickhowell, boasting a garden, is situated in Crickhowell, 25 km from Longtown Castle and 35 km from Clifford Castle.

The location of the cottage was excellent, in the middle of the town and an easy walk to pubs and restaurants. Having parking in the nearby pub meant no worries about the car while we were there. The cottage itself was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom too. And Crickhowell is the starting point for several fine walks across the Welsh hills, which is the reason we were staying.
