Its a lovely super clean and well decorated cottage. Just off to the main street, close to the river. The house has a great kitchen and bathroom. Its warm, the bedroom is very comfortable and so so quiet. Once it was raining we couldn’t enjoy the outside deck but we enjoy the kitchen window at breakfast. For sure, a place to revisit.

Absolutely great location to explore central Scotland, the fact that it is self catering is really handy the cottage itself is cozy and feels homely when there, the host is one in a million, 1 in 2 million, because I would have to say Bill was 1 in a million. I had some bike issues catastrophic actually, both Rita and Bill couldn’t have done anymore for me in getting sorted. Really appreciated THANK YOU SO MUCH

Ruth was an amazing host and extremely helpful. The place is lovely and spacious - it's extremely clean and comfortable, very well equipped (we especially loved the reclining sofa), and the bedroom is very quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
