It is 8 minutes from the beach and within walking distance from multiple great spots in San Juan. The hotel stay greatly contributed to my favorite vacation ever and I hope to one day return.

I had a great experience at Isla Verde by the Beach. My wife and I stayed in Room #2. It's a small but nice & clean room and had everything we needed for our two nights here (including a small cooler & two beach chairs!). The internet was great (my wife was able to lead a Zoom call). And the location was great for us to check out Isla Verde. But best of all, the host (Russell) was communicative and helpful. He even gave us a couple great recommendations for local spots to get good food/drinks.

It was wonderful to have a dedicated parking space. The apartment is very comfortable, with a modern touch. I was pleasantly surprised to even find air purifiers in each of the two rooms! It was like staying in a fancy hotel's room. We also loved having options when it comes to watching TV (one in each room); my husband was like a kid, happy to find that he could watch local channels! It was so nice to find water in the refrigerator (we stayed in three different places, and this was the only one that included this nice gesture).
