The host is a lovely, adorable and warm person. We stayed for two weeks in French Polynesia and in some fancy hotels. However, this place was by far the best in terms of feeling welcome and feeling the warmth of Polynesian people. The bungalow is super clean, modern and has a range of cooking facilities. The host prepared us some wonderful dinner for a very reasonable price that we enjoyed with a most beautiful view of Papeete. The host also picked us up at the airport and dropped us off again in the middle of the night for our flight home. It was just the perfect way of finishing our holiday.

Offering a garden and garden view, TAMANU LODGE is situated in Punaauia, 800 metres from Toaroto Beach and 2.9 km from Vaiava Beach. Excellent everything. After 2 days of travel, at night and raining, the manager was waiting for us. All impeccable! The next day they took us to the center for free, they facilitated us and guided us in what to do and how to move. When we return they prepare fresh fruits for us. and as a farewell they gave us a necklace and took us to the airport for free. Excellent!!!

Fred was very kind, responsive, informative and a lovely host. The lodge is impeccably clean with air conditioning in each room. The morning coffee was delicious and much appreciated— enjoyed sitting on the patio sipping my morning java. The common front room space is comfortable and welcoming. The “lodge” felt more like a b & b/guesthouse rather than a lodge/inn.

Offering a sun terrace and views of the garden, Fare D'hôtes Tutehau is situated in the Farii piti neighborhood. It is 15 minutes' walk from the heart of Papeete. Martine is a great host, she gave me tons of recommendations and valuable information. She even helped get a car rental. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom too. The breakfast was lovely, I recommend this guesthouse.

Set in a tropical garden with large outdoor swimming pool, Le Relais Fenua is located just 250 metres from the beach. Each room features a TV, private bathroom and private terrace. These guys went the extra mile. Had our room ready early. Looked after our luggage at the end of the stay. Food was great. Nice relaxing place after 30hrs traveling. Found some good easy snorkeling 5 minute walk away at Mahana Park. Recommend to everyone looking for a lovely short stay.

Featuring mountain views, Belle Maison F3 provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 1.4 km from Plage Hokule'a. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Carson was very helpful and accommodating and went out of his way to help us during our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Taharu'u Guest House By The Beach is a recently renovated holiday home in Papara, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden. The space, the location, and the hosts were top notch. I was seriously very happy with my stay. The only thing the home would benefit from would be a few more fans for the warmer afternoons. I was very happy with my stay.

Very friendly owners that helped us with everything. Modern flat with all facilities needed. Nice bathroom with enough towels. They let us use their swimming pool. Great informations about tourist activities in the booklet in the room. Restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. Parking for car. Near capital city but in quiet area.
