My wife and I have always prefer to stay in an urban and nature environment. Firstly, I would say that the owners Mr. Mahesh and his spouse Mdm. Chandi has delivered the true Sri Lankan hospitality, they provided personalised services and always suggest the best on what activity we can do around Sigiriya. They even prepared fantastic meals for us based on our taste buds. They have never been pushy and that's the best 👌. Besides that, we have experienced a bombastic self vegetation plantation around the hidden lake cottages, If you are lucky 😃 actually every day is a lucky day, you will hear peacocks, cows, elephants and migration of various bird with their chippig sound and many other living creatures. It's like only ONE Call away and they are there to assist, In fact, Mr Mahesh shuttled us to the main road in order for us to take the bus. Little did we know that travelling by bus was satisfying and this was suggested by the beautiful property owners. Everything was so 👉 on point whereby on our last day, we did feel like we were gonna miss this home. Myself and my wife will definitely introduce this soothing and calm cottage to all our family, friends and those who need suggestions 😊. The family was great, super friendly and helpful. They made sure that we felt comfortable and like at home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Sirigiya.

Sigiriya Kayası'na yaklaşık 8,2 km uzaklıkta yer alan bahçe manzaralı Roy's Villa bahçe, bar ve barbekü olanakları sunmaktadır. Resepsiyonu 24 saat açık olan bu tesiste açık şömine de vardır. Roy, his family and friends were more than amazing, caring, made us feel like at home. Roy organized for us free sunset visit to a temple and cooking class, both of them were impressive. If we knew how special the place is our stay there would have been much longer. The food was delicious, so far the best which we enjoyed in Sri Lanka so far. We had the separate double room with outdoor shower, everything in the room was well organized, very clean and a lot of space.

Sigiriya'da, Pidurangala Kayası'na 600 metre mesafede yer alan Sigiri Close-up View Guest, bahçe ve dağ manzarası sunmaktadır. First of all, the attentiveness of our hosts was amazing. Always smiling, asking if everything was all right, trying to fulfill any of our desires or requirements. This place is a family-owned property, with happy kids running around. We felt safe and welcomed. Secondly, the food is great. It's home-cooked, but the presentation could compete with any restaurant we've been to in Sri Lanka. Not just the presentation, of course, but the tastes were great and the portions were huge. Location is excellent. If you are in the area to hike to the top of the rocks, which you probably are; the accommodation is located roughly in the middle, between Lion's Rock and Pidurangala. You can walk to both of them easily (20-30 minutes walk). The host will get you there by car if you are planning to leave early in the morning or late after sunset. You can see Lion's Rock from the property and you can get a good photo of it right there. The room is basic, but clean and well thought out. There is a bench to put your stuff, a bed with a mosquito net, and a working fan. The bathroom follows the same path. There are chairs and a table outside of the room. Despite the remote location, the Wi-Fi connection is surprisingly stable and reliable. I was able to make a 1+ hour video call. The speeds are slow but that's to be expected.

The host was lovely and always smiling. Rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast was very yummy. Super close to some lakes, rice fields and very local village life, as well as to Dambulla cave in walking distance. Room rates are low and you get any help and information you need. They have their own tuktuk and Bandara brings you anywhere you want to go and takes really care for you, anytime you have a wish or a question. He also picked me up, when I arrived in Dumballa. Great service, very safe and secure. Thanks for all of your support.

The location is perfect: close to the attractions but not in a busy area, the views are so nice. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. I am recommending this place 100%
