Xuanmai Garden Resort is a 15-minute drive from Pakse’s centre. Guests can enjoy their meals at the on-site restaurant. Loved the location. The host does the meals and they are great but the deserts are extra. The room was clean daily and the towels were charged daily. You could book tours and rides to the airport or tickets for buses into other cities. Loved it.

The location had a beautiful view and a comfortable place to hang out. It was the perfect distance from the main town. The hammock was a nice touch.

Nice swimming pool, perfect location on the Mekong bank, friendly and helpful family, super tasty food - we had not only breakfast but also dinners. Located in Pakse, 500 metres from International bus station KM 2, Heaven Guesthouse provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Tina, the manager, is incredibly helpful and always there to assist and guide with anything I need. Abu Bakar, one of the staff members, is very knowledgeable about the area and is always available to help book tuktuks or taxis. I even felt comfortable asking about the safest way to return to the hotel late at night. Tina even gave me access to the kitchen and offered me free food, which made me feel right at home. The mattresses in the room are so comfortable, which isn't always the case in other places I've stayed in Laos.

The position of the place is perfect to discover the island. The person that handles the property is amazing, struggling a little bit with the English but he will definitely try to help you with your questions. The food is amazing as well and the restaurant is on the river, perfect for enjoying a nice breakfast!
