Loved the location. The host does the meals and they are great but the deserts are extra. The room was clean daily and the towels were charged daily. You could book tours and rides to the airport or tickets for buses into other cities. Loved it.

It's an older guesthouse with basic facilities but with a fresh lick of paint. Exceptionally clean. Firm mattress but not super -hard so comfortable. Nice area out front for good breakfast or to sit and relax and talk to fellow travellers. Very nice and helpful French and Laotian couple.

I even felt comfortable asking about the safest way to return to the hotel late at night. Tina even gave me access to the kitchen and offered me free food, which made me feel right at home. The mattresses in the room are so comfortable, which isn't always the case in other places I've stayed in Laos.
