It's an older guesthouse with basic facilities but with a fresh lick of paint. Exceptionally clean. Firm mattress but not super -hard so comfortable. Nice area out front for good breakfast or to sit and relax and talk to fellow travellers. Very nice and helpful French and Laotian couple.

The mattresses in the room are so comfortable, which isn't always the case in other places I've stayed in Laos.
