This was my first guesthouse experience and it exceeded my expectations. We got there and it was already dark. We noticed that the northern lights could be out and the hosts did whatever they could to help us see them. It was great! We were the only 2 people booked for the night but when we woke up there was this massive and delicious breakfast. I was astounded by all the different kinds of food they offered. I would stay here all nights if we weren’t going to drive around Iceland.

Urridafoss Waterfall is 11 km away.... This off-the-beaten-path, quaint and quiet accommodation was perfect for our 2 night stay. Plenty of cozy corners and shared kitchen space, beds were comfortable and room and bathroom was immaculately clean. Plenty of outdoor space to run around in and overall a great experience.

Everything we could possibly need was provided. It has a nice size kitchen so you can cook your own meals. It was great to have our own hot tub to relax in after a day out and about. Great value!

מקום האירוח B&B ’דירות וארמי גסטהאוס’ (Varmi Guesthouse Apartments & rooms) מציע דירות מודרניות בשירות עצמי, ונמצא בכפר הוואגרדי (Hveragerdi), במרחק 45 ק"מ מרייקיאוויק. Nice quiet place in Hveragerdi, an apartment with all you need. The hosts live there so they were nice to us when we arrived a bit later in the evening. They even asks us if we wanted to use the hot tub outside or have anything to wash. The rooms look exactly as in the picture, the heating was ok, the kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to eat in, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had a lot of towels for the two of us. 10/10.
