To rooms with double beds, comfortable kitchen with all the necessities, nice garden to sit outside if you are lucky with weather. Towels, bed linens and everything clean. The owner is super! She gave us a lot suggestions what to see and were else to go, what to book in advance, were to know about the weather. She is very friendly and welcoming. Esay to contact everytime you need, because she lives in the same house. Nice cafe around the corner for the sweet breakfast.

Eric the Red is a perfectly located Guest House in Reykjavik just 60m/200ft from Hallgrímskirkja Church which is the biggest church and single most central point in Reykjavik, we are in short walking... We happened to stay there at the beginning of our trip and had to stay for one more night in Reykjavik, luckily there were some options and we didn't hesitate to book it again because we liked everything about it. Also have to mention the fantastic location!
