Really amazing place to stay, I felt like a celebrity or something in a luxury resort! Massive rooms, very peaceful vibes being away from the streets and by the jungle, and yet only like 10 mins walk to beach. Sajjan was an incredible host too, really goes out of his way to look after you and make sure you're all good. Food was really tasty too - pretty cheap, high quality, and I think fairly healthy (I miss it already!). In my room wifi signal was also good (I was on a work trip, and had no issues connecting at anytime - not sure if it's the same in all rooms though). Recommend this place highly.

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. The owner goes out of his way to ensure the comfort of his guests--one of the most accommodating guest houses I've ever stayed in. The location is great as well. It is close to the beach and a few minute drive to the airport. There are also exceptional restaurants only a few steps away and the neighborhood is quite and friendly. I would most definitely stay here again!

Villa Khatun is a family run Guesthouse. It is set in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise and located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store. We had two huge rooms with very nice furniture and there was even a community room and a big balcony. The host is very nice an caring! We stayed at the royal Phoenix Inn, which is directly in the area of Fountainhas (very beautiful). We could get filtered water any time.

Very nice welcome of the owner and her son (congrats for your perfect french language). The house is in the best area of Panjim, close to the old houses of Fontainhas. Good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast on the roof-top terrace (but could be easily improved with fresh fruits and yoghourt/curd). Would like to come back!
