Set 15 km from the border with Austria in Mosonmagyaróvár, Lunczer Vendégház offers rooms with a TV and private bathroom. Surrounded by a garden, the guest house offers free parking. Easy to find in the city. The landlord is very helpful. Flexible for late check-in and early check-out. The room was very clean and big. The bathroom was also large and very clean. There is private parking on the property that can be used, but I parked in front of the building and it was fine. It is a safe area.

Offering city views, BRS22 Rooms is an accommodation situated in Győr, 500 metres from Győr Town Hall and 400 metres from Győr Basilica. Located on the main pedestrian street in central Gyor, this is a very nice option for anybody who wants to visit Gyor and stay for the night. Despite the very central location, we did not hear anything from the street thanks to a good insonorisation (a good test since there was a big festival in Gyor at that time). We thank also the owner for a clean room, lots of space, with all the amenities we could hope for.

A recently renovated guest house in Sopron and within 22 km of Liszt Museum, Ruyi holiday has a garden, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi. Simply perfect. The only thing I missed was a manual "How to add water to the coffee machine" (not to say it's the first facility I've ever visited featuring espresso coffee maker charged with plenty of beans).

Set within 1.4 km of Győr Town Hall and 33 km of Chateau Amade in Győr, Riverside Inn - dunaparti szuterén offers accommodation with seating area. Everything was fantastic. The room was very modern and beautiful, it has everything you need, even coffee and snacks for a great morning. There even was an electric fireplace which really set a good mood. The room was very well ventilated, you could feel the fresh air throughout the whole night, even without the AC. It’s a very calm and quite environment. The room was very very clean, the bathroom was spotless! The beds are comfortable, everything is super convenient. Amazing place!

Offering a garden and garden view, FARKAS VENDÉGHÁZ is set in Sopron, 25 km from Esterházy Palace and 26 km from Liszt Museum. This guest house provides free private parking and a shared kitchen. Our room was spacious, bathroom was new big and everything was clean. Kitchen corner was equipped with necessary items, we did not miss anything. Downstairs were free coffe and tea available. Outside was a nice terrace. Navigation there was easy, it is not directly in the city area it is little on the side but few meters from there are small shop and fast food. The owner explained everything, helped also with taxi. Owner speaks fluently german, hungarian and I think also english but we used only german.

Situated in Fertőd, 800 meters from Esterhazy Castle, Fertődi Kúria Vendégház features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and barbecue facilities. The staff was friendly, free coffee was provided all the time. They were always ready to chat and advise you about the attractions in the neighborhood.

Várfal Vendégház, a property with barbecue facilities, is set in Fertőrákos, 22 km from Esterházy Palace, 25 km from Esterhazy Castle, as well as 27 km from Liszt Museum. The accommodation is clean and tidy. The location is excellent. beautiful area and in the immediate vicinity of Austria. The hostess is a wonderful lady, very responsive, and ready to answer any request. Parking is in the yard, so it is safe. Kudos for hygiene.

Offering a terrace and garden view, Rita Vendégszobák is located in Sopron, 24 km from Liszt Museum and 24 km from Esterházy Palace. The hosts were great! Both Rita and Tamas were incredibly warm and sweet. The room was very cosy and well kept. You could tell Rita put in a lot of time and thought into it over the years. It was also spotless! Clean towels, bathroom and shower, and bedsheets and pillow cases and everything. Would highly recommend this for anyone who prefers a homely touch over faceless self-check expensive hotels.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Eden Center Home is located in Győr, 200 metres from Győr Town Hall. The rooms have a flat-screen TV. Modern room, equiped with everything you need: AC, fridge, microwave, table, plates, cutlery, garden outside, etc. All very clean, central location in the city center, yet silent for a restful night, clear instructions from the nice host. A lot of attention to details. Our stay was perfect, thank you!
