Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. We felt "at home". We appreciated all the information that we received when we asked and the helpfulness on some travel matters. The breakfast was exceptional. Right across the car park to the beach and close to the Pier. Close to the shopping. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. We would return in a heartbeat.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the holiday village of Thorpeness which is quaint, busy in the day and quiet at night. The restaurant is busy , though and worth booking. The rooms are lovely, very individual, well thought out and exceptionally clean, warm and welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities were good quality. The staff are truly lovely, friendly but not over friendly and the food was excellent. Their breakfast choices are wonderfully eclectic and locally sourced. We love this place and return regularly.

Situated in Lowestoft, just 200 metres from Claremont Pier Beach, No.18 features beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. The property was spotlessly clean - and the bedroom was spacious .The owners were lovely and deserve to do well. I was woken up one morning (at 6.20 a.m.)by a deep (male voice) in the kitchen - which must have been underneath our bedroom. But it did not spoil the holiday. We will return!

Beautiful garden, roses and outlook at the back. Good space for parking. Excellent room and all good facilities provided. we like the decor and the finish of the inside. Beautifully clean and tidy.
