Swan house is an independently-owned inn located in the market town of Beccles. Free WiFi is available. The whole experience at Swan House was exquisite. Lovely staff, great location with easy access to multiple dinner venues.

Right across the car park to the beach and close to the Pier. Close to the shopping. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. We would return in a heartbeat.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the holiday village of Thorpeness which is quaint, busy in the day and quiet at night. The restaurant is busy , though and worth booking. The rooms are lovely, very individual, well thought out and exceptionally clean, warm and welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities were good quality. The staff are truly lovely, friendly but not over friendly and the food was excellent. Their breakfast choices are wonderfully eclectic and locally sourced. We love this place and return regularly.

The property was spotlessly clean - and the bedroom was spacious .The owners were lovely and deserve to do well. I was woken up one morning (at 6.20 a.m.)by a deep (male voice) in the kitchen - which must have been underneath our bedroom. But it did not spoil the holiday. We will return!
