The pod is so well-equipped and cozy. There is a full bathroom in the pod. Also we had a lot of snacks and breakfast items like cereal, orange juice, milk, porridge pots and tea. It is just a very short drive to Skye and I imagine it is also beautiful on the veranda of the pod in the summer. Because we had a flat tire with our car and couldn‘t come the first night, Heather made sure we could still stay 2 nights as planned because she originally didn‘t want to rent the pod for Hogmanay. We really appreciated that and enjoyed our stay.

It is very small, four rooms only, it is family run. They take exceptional care of you. The hotel is well and very creatively designed, it is exceptionally clean. The attention to detail is unparalleled. The food created by Scott is on par with best restaurants we have eaten in. And every morning you have an opportunity to discuss your dinner with him. Murdo gives excellent advise on what to do on the Isle of Skye. One of the best hotel experiences ever.

Location is a little out of town but only a ten minute walk to town center. Plenty of good food for breakfast, also gave us everything gluten free because of an allergy. Very private with great outdoor access. We liked the room with sky lights and plenty of hot water in the shower.

Seal Cottage er 13 km frá Portree, aðeins 41 km frá Talisker Distillery. Boðið er upp á gistirými við ströndina með garði, einkastrandsvæði, verönd og ókeypis WiFi. We loved the view and the walk down to the colony of Seals nearby! It was also lovely of the hosts to leave some baked goods upon arrival.
