The property features garden and city views, and is 2.1 km from Colossi of Memnon. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, full-day security and free WiFi. We loved our time at the property. Mohamed and his family were incredibly welcoming. They are truely amazing hosts and will make you feel right at home. The flat was very clean, the pool wonderful. The location on the west bank is really perfect: 15 min walk to the ferry (only 10EGP) and you are in Luxor centre, while the Valley of the Kings and other west bank attractions are a short drive away.

Certain units in the guest house have private entrance and are equipped with desk and wardrobe. Some units feature a seating area and/or a balcony with an outdoor dining area. In some units there is a dressing room for guests to change in. I am a female solotraveler and I have been so comfortable and happy in Oasis. For the first 3 days I stayed in a place directly on the Nile but there was a high tourist turnover and noise of the boats on the Nile, so I needed a silent place, after reading the reviews I booked one night here and extended my stay! So I am writing this from the terrace. :) What I love here most is the peaceful athmosphere with chirping birds and the soothing sound of the pool water when they run it. I absolutely love my small room, with a big bed, beautiful window and pretty modern white furniture. The entire place is super clean, Hasan is always around cleaning somewhere and available with his nice smile. Laundry is available, too and they offer tea all day long. Wi-fi is fast, if you are a remote worker that is great. Good food, safe family environment and just one block next to the cafes on the riverside without the hustle of the Nile River, what to look for more. Summary: I definitely recommend this place.

Located in Luxor, less than 1 km from Medinet Habu Temple, Rose Guest House provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The property is situated 1.8 km from Colossi of Memnon, 1.8 km from Deir el-Medina and 2.4 km from Valley of the Queens. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Everything about the Pharaonic Rose was perfect. I spent some of the happiest days of my life in Luxor thanks in no small part to the Pharaonic Rose. They have a rooftop with a view of the cliffs and Medinet Habu. The seating area downstairs is shady and in an oasis of a garden. It's very close to Medinet Habu, but far enough away that it is very quiet. It was so nice to have a quiet and peaceful place to return to after the bustle of the tourist areas. The food was amazing. They would just pile heaps of delicious food in front of you. The breakfast was the best I had in Egypt and they can prepare lunch and dinner for you as well. They also organized very affordable transportation for reaching different sites in the area. The family that runs the Pharaonic Rose is extremely kind and welcoming. By the end of the stay I felt like part of the family and the Pharaonic Rose felt like home. To get all that for such a reasonable price is unbelievable! It was truly a once in a lifetime experience. If you are going to Luxor, stay here.

Senmut Luxory Rooms is situated in Luxor and has a private pool and river views. The property features garden and city views, and is 4 km from Colossi of Memnon. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. This hotel is one above the rest. My mother and I only spent a day in Luxor, and expected to simply sleep, wake up and leave for the day, but never did I expect that the accommodation would somehow be the highlight of our time in Luxor. The host is one of the kindest people I've ever met. Upon arrival, he personally showed us around the whole property, enjoyed a wine on the rooftop at night with a gorgeous view of the Nile, and spoke about his life and what to expect in Luxor. The host is an archaeologist and Egyptologist so he is the one to talk to. He recommended some fantastic sights in the area and his input was invaluable. The rooms were just what we were after and were great for the price, especially just for a night. I would have no issue coming back again.

Overlooking the Valley of the Kings, Scorpion House Luxor features accommodations with a Nubian décor. It offers free Wi-Fi in some rooms and a sun terrace. An airport shuttle is available upon request. We spent 3 nights at Fayeb and his family and felt treated like family members - and more! Large, clean rooms, A/C, silence, stunning architecture and the best food (breakfast & dinner) we had during our trip to Egypt. After arriving very late on the first night and having a DELICIOUS dinner, we didn’t think twice to have all dinners at the guesthouse. It was cozy, delicious, home-made and honestly the BEST. Fayeb and his family really take care of their guests and pets, which we loved as this is not common in Egypt. We hope to visit again soon ❤️

Yasmine Guest House is situated in the West bank district of Luxor, 4.9 km from Medinet Habu Temple, 5.3 km from Deir el-Medina and 5.8 km from Valley of the Queens. The air-conditioned accommodation is 3.9 km from Colossi of Memnon. Luxor Train Station is 21 km from the guest house and Luxor Museum is 23 km away. Our stay at Yasmine Guest House was truly amazing. From our arrival, Nasser (the host) took care of us for everything. We didn't really know what to expect (I was with my sister), but he helped us a lot and was such a good host. He cooked for us, for breakfast and dinner, and his cooking was so delicious ! We had different kind of eggs every morning, because Nasser cared to give us a unique and special experience (which we for sure had). Also what you should know, is that they are working as a family crew there. And they're all such nice people. Nasser arranged for us every day with some guides from his crew, which I really recommend to do if you want to visit around. If you're visiting on your own, you really won't discover so much. The guides we had (Bahaa and Hamdi) were archeologists, really experimented and passionate about their work, + they were arranging the whole day for us. Most important, we really had fun with them, and create a real connexion. About the house, it is really like the pictures (which is not the case everywhere), so we appreciated. We didn't try the swimming pool, but it should be really enjoyable during summer. It is a quiet but warm place, where you can meet some other groups of people. It's up to you if you want to enjoy the night with them at the house. In the end, I recommend it 100% !

Situated in Luxor, 3.9 km from Colossi of Memnon and 4.9 km from Medinet Habu Temple, Diamond Guest House offers a garden and air conditioning. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I booked it just a day before my trip to Luxor, it was done in bit of a hurry but the cleanness got my eyes even though it didn’t have any reviews yet. It seemed just opened and I booked it and was a great decision. I arrived Luxor at almost 11pm and didn’t know that Uber isn’t so useful in this city, thankfully the host asked me if I need a pick-up in timely manner and I asked one, they were waiting for me at the very late time (the car was very old; from 1978 😅, but was fun experience overall) and was able to arrive safe and sound. The host was very proud of the brand new facility and I could see why, even though it’s not the ones like from the fanciest countries but I think it’s way better than the other expensive and old accommodations. And since I was planning to cram all the site-seeing in a day, I needed a car. And even though I didn’t do much research on what’s the fare fees for getting around especially in Luxor, after 6days in Egypt, kind of had a sense what’s too much and what’s not, and the host offered me an relatively reasonable price for the driver for west back and east bank, with felucca included. And the driver Mr. Mohamed was a nice elderly but with a good spirit and gave me some good introductions on the way to the sites. I guess it’s inevitable that even nicest people I met here also sometimes have to ask something more at the end (that has been happened all the time while I was staying in Egypt), but they never mean bad, all kind and genuine, and that really made me thankful for making my hectic day so wonderful and truly unforgettable.

Very peaceful and quiet location with very clear pool suitable for morning swimming. Belal was a great host and took care of all our needs.
Hamdi is a great host and showed us around Luxor. The property is in a great location with garden with sitting area. Recommended
The guesthouse is located on the West Bank of Luxor where is peaceful and quiet. Ahmed and his brother were excellent hosts, they were always helpful, informative, trustful and friendly. They ran extra miles to make my stay enjoyable in Luxor. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable. They even prepared my breakfast at 6am, so I could have that on the go for my trip. I'll definitely stay in Villa Rebecca if I come back to Luxor again. Thanks Ahmed and his brother x
The hotel is situated on the quieter part of Luxor, in the more authentic West Bank with amazing views of the Luxor Temple, which we enjoyed from the roof terrace. A chill and relaxed vibe here, and Eslam was a great host, helping us ladies feel like a local. The hotel also has their own boats that take you across the Nile to the center at normal prices, which is very convenient. We'll definitely come back! Thank you for making us feel welcome :)
This is a family business with multiple guesthouses on the west bank. The room we originally booked had a problem and was unavailable but Hamdi was very apologetic and offered us a number of other options. We ended up staying at the Old Nile Hotel where we were made to feel very welcome by Jordan. It was very quiet and peaceful and is right next to a small lake. We were even given a fishing rod to use which I really appreciated. Hamdi and Jordan are attentive hosts and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
Great location on Westbank Luxor, with balcony views over looking country side, complimentary breakfast was awesome, Mahmod was a great host was very helpful with any inquiries. Highly recommend 👌
Very inviting and quiet Place close to all the sights. Hamada was a great host and provided us with a nice tour&guide. Can clearly recommend!
Villa Diletta is a wonderful private little house just a short distance from the Nile on a quiet street. Staying on the west bank is so much nicer, quiet and closer to most of the sites to visit. Mohammed is a great host, welcoming and helpful. The Villa is lovely, big rooms and well equipped. Excellent shower.
-friendliest host you could ask for made us feel at home -amazing breakfast (best honey I've ever had, ful, fresh bread, eggs, falafel, vegetables) -great location quiet at night, many beautiful birds on the water and very cute friendly cats -helped us with tours of valleys of the kings and many other sites -tea any time you asked -heater in the room for the cold nights
