She cooked us a delicious, healthy gluten free porridge for breakfast and made us wonderful Indian food for supper, like prawn curry and butter chicken, as well as fresh local salmon. She gave us knowledgeable advise about the island, and a very special send-off the evening before we left. We felt very pampered! There are comfortable seating areas, inside and out, overlooking the bay. The hotel is not far from the pub, which has live local entertainment to join in on on Saturday night. A memorable experience.

Other guests were polite, quiet and interesting to visit with. Staff seemed genuinely glad to have us there. Bathrooms and community kitchen well stocked and functional. October was a good time to visit Torino area - weather was great and fewer tourists.

This guesthouse is in a beautiful location, very close to Chesterman beach, and about 5km from Tofino town centre. The facilities within the guesthouse have been nicely thought out. The back of the main house has a fabulous platform to chill and watch nature. Idyllic view.
