It is a 5-minute walk from Cowes Beach and various local dining options. It was lovely staying at Genesta House. The staff were amazing and the room was great. It is also positioned in a quiet street and close to the main part of Cowes.

You can view the world famous penguin parade just 3 minutes' drive or 10 minutes’ walk away. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and shown our room. From our balcony we watched the wallabies and cape barren geese. The Swan Lake Guest House is walking distance to the Penguin Parade and is located next to Swan Lake - a wonderful wetlands experience and best kept secret. The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable.

Just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, Phillip Island Cottages offer a private patio with garden views. Guests have access to a BBQ area surrounded by lovely gardens. Free parking is available outside each cottage. Easy walking distance to main street/shops, waterfront, etc. Comfortable accomodation with excellent facilities.

Beautiful staff, so kind and welcoming and an excellent location— incredible view ! So easy to find all the main attractions and added bonus having the cafe and farm store on site. Loved the farm fresh eggs for breakfast :)
