This guesthouse is really special. The rooms are very imaginatively decorated and the whole place was refurbished beautifully in 2017. Bathroom was excellent, bed and the room were both huge and cosy.Luisa was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was great, a good selection of meats, cheeses, breads and sweet items, plus eggs cooked to order. The guest house is a short walk from Steeg-Gosau train station and is well placed for a visit to Hallstatt. Bonus: the lovely resident black Labradors :)

Gästehaus "In da Wiesn", a property with a garden, is situated in Ulrichsberg, 43 km from Cathedral Passau, 43 km from Train Station Passau, as well as 36 km from Lipno Dam. I liked the breakfast, the size of the room and easy parking. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. I LOVED the self service fridge with drinks and snacks!
