The pillows were good quality but VERY thick, making for a slightly difficult sleep (I acknowledge this may be personal preference). The house was clean and charming, although maybe too many doodahs for decoration that didn't add to the charms of the place. Liked it a lot, although several minutes' drive from most activities in Galveston. Quiet neighbourhood and close to a nice beach.AndreaSolo traveler

There are some great cafe's nearby including the Sunflower, Mosquito and others. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with some older home in it. The water was close enough to walk to. The host readily responded when contacted several times. Air conditioning worked well, though we mostly turned it off and had the windows open as it was a nice time of year. Clean Towels amply provided.
