Very kind and helpful staff. There were bikes available at the property and an area to fill up your water bottles. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Everything was perfect from the warm welcome and the guidance, to the room, which was inmaculated. The inkeeper speaks english fluently and they offer a Thai massage by a professional, which I cant recommend enough of you are feeling weary after a long trip and biking day.

Great location located in a quiet backstreet with very short distance to shops and restaurants on the main street, so walking distance to everything one would need. The bus terminal is about 15-20 min away if you walk, the bus stop for the "songthaew" to old city is only a few minutes away. Spacious rooms with AC and fridge. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was the best place I've been to so far it was pleasant nice and a beautiful dog named panda so friendly so protective he was the cream of creams so I would like to thank the owner or basically the two owners right very pleasant people very funny it was a very enjoyable time with them all I can say I thank you

Unparalleled hospitality, cozy rooms, and a great location right next to the Sukhothai Wintour bus stop and close to the Sukhothai Historical Park. I recommend getting breakfast as well since there are hardly any good food options around.

Perfect place for visiting the ancient Sukhothai ruins. The room was extremely clean, and Usa the host was really wonderful and helpful in every way possible, making our stay just perfect! Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.
