The lady that welcomed us was very kind! The rooms were spot clean and in top condition! Also the beds were Very comfortable. The breakfast outside was a really nice addition and provided everything you needed to start the day. It is also a walking distance from everything in the centre.

The apartment was spotless! It was more like a home than a hotel stay. The bed was comfortable and they gave me an extra blanket because I was cold at night. Bottles of water and coffee sachets were left for me every day. I felt safe there and wished I'd found it sooner so I could have stayed longer. There are washing machines downstairs and a drying rack on the balcony. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and there are bicycles to rent too. It had everything I needed, thank you! If I'm ever back in Chiang Rai, I'd definitely stay again.

Lovely place. The host is super kind and helped us for any kind of request. She also rented for us a motorbike at a cheaper price and kept for us the luggages for another day. Room super clean and bed comfortable. She also has lovely dogs and cats 🥰

Friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms equipped with everything. Structure located practically in the city center, excellent if you want to walk to the center without taking a taxi. The gem of the property is definitely the garden with a koi carp tank where you can have breakfast. Highly recommended
