The properly replicated Thai culture. the couple who runs the place are so warm and welcoming. I really love the part how people who have stayed here, can use the service of keeping the luggage for few days without being charged. it was one of the best things for us as we were flying intercity.

This is my fourth or fifth stay at Sri Ayutthaya Guesthouse, and it was as wonderful as ever - maybe even better, with the addition of a water kettle in the room. Also, the delightful owner, Jay, advised me that they will refill water bottles, something I wish all guesthouses did. Quiet, clean and comfortable - a real delight and oasis when I’m passing through Bangkok.

Great location in a quiet alley, yet being close to a lot of hotspots! Bas was super nice and let me do an early check-in. I highly recommend this place for whoever wants to be away from the noise, but close to everything :)

This was such a beautiful surprise! The hotel is very very clean and the decor in the lobby and the bedroom is absolutely magnificent. I loved the attention to detail and the overall cozy feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They knew we had a super early flight to catch and would miss breakfast so they offered us afternoon tea as a replacement. And let me tell you, it was so so delicious! The hotel is located in a quiet part of Bangkok which is a nice change from the hustle and bustle. I will be staying here again next time!

Everything was perfect! The host was kind and quick to answer, the neighborhood was quiet and very local plus we found some great food stands near the house. Everything was clean, we were able to do our laundry and the garden was nice with a lot of plants. Finally, we extended our stay for a few more nights and had to change for another room. That one was even bigger and had a private bathroom on the balcony outside.

Wonderful authentic Thai Teak House, with tranquil central courtyard, located on a quiet side street. We stayed in a lovely room with our own private balcony, accessed by a spiral staircase. Breakfast was freshly prepared with options to meet everyone's preferences. The location was great, close to major temples, markets and other attractions. Host was very welcoming and so helpful. Returning to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere at the Green Teak House after a busy day in Bangkok was the best. Would definitely stay there again.

Gus and his mother are incredibly hospitable. I stayed at this hotel on both my visits. If I go to Bangkok again, I will stay here. The location of the hotel is very good, you can reach the Grand Palace in a short time by just crossing the river. The cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, breakfast, everythings are amazing.
