Hosts provided full support with "belij karton" and other legal documents. The hotel has a good yard and other common areas, where you can work or just have some coffee. This is a very good place to stay even for a long time.

The place was very nice,the host was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and even though it was pretty cold outside, the rooms were warm. The room was also big and very cozy. We were provided with towels, sleepers and bathroom essentials, even with instant coffee and a kettle. The location was a good one, it was close to the center,10-15 minutes, easy walk. It was really quiet and it also had a private parking. It is perfect for a city break, we would come back again.

Room and bathroom were very clean. I brought extra bed sheets, but I didn't need to use them. The location was 10 minutes walking distance to attractions and restaurants and 2 minutes walking distance to the bus station. We arrived within 10 minutes by bus from the airport. Hotel owner is very kind person.

The location was beautiful. The staff were friendly, kind, and welcoming. It was surprisingly comfortable and cosy. I felt very at-home and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the noise of the city.

Everything. Truly one of the finest guesthouses in the world, run by some of the world's finest people. You would be wise to spend some time with Vojkan and Datsa on your trip to Niš. They are some of the greats. An unforgettable experience and I can't wait to return. On top of the hospitality, the room is perfect: comfortable bed, hot and strong shower, AC, a fridge, and a desk, in a restored original building in the very center of town only a few minutes walk to both the river and the fortress and the famed Tinkers alley. 10 stars is not enough.
