Valentine is a good Host and he was waiting for me until 2 am in the morning to show me the flat .He was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my work in Veranda Mall and very importantly there were many free parking spaces right in fron of the building. It was very quiet at all time. There is large Kaufland 5 minutes away and Veranda Mall is less 10 minutes away. The host was very friendly and helpful, also flexible in terms of check-in and check-out times. The place was clean, the room and the bathroom was large enough, the kitchen is shared with the other room but this wasn't a problem. There were all necessary utensils in the kitches and a microwave.
