This is a great Guesthouse! Not only are the rooms clean and spacious but the family who runs it are amazing. We were welcomed by the whole family with 2 glasses of horinca! Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom is also clean with hot water. We had dinner and breakfast at the Guesthouse and are so glad we did. The food was delicious and plentiful and we had a lot of fun learning about Romania. There is parking in the yard and it's easy to access. The village of Breb is very cute and a definite must if you travel to Marmures.

The property was clean and quiet, the air is very fresh and clean and if you open the window you can hear the river wich is awesome and relaxing. The host was more then nice and friendly. I will come again for sure

A mes a mes nomes arribar Ana i la seva familia et fan sentir com a casa i part de la familia, la cuina de Ana es tradicional i esta deliciosa molt recomenable!

the property was absolutely lovely. We loved the rooms, which are new, clean and traditionally decorated. the location is superb, the hosts are extremely nice people and we had a wonderful stay. also, the breakfast they prepared for us was one of the best we had so far. I can’t wait to come back and I recommend this place for anyone who want a perfect stay in Breb.

The hosts were warm and friendly and managed to overcome our language barrier with grace and good humour. They offered coffee when we arrived and home made Horica as soon as we sat down. The room was spacious, clean and so comfortable - the best bed in over a month of different hotels/pensiones! The ensuite bathroom was spotless. And the handmade embroidered wall hangings were simply beautiful. We were offered dinner for 50RON pp and it was a delicious 3 course traditional meal. This pensione is located in the traditional Romanian village of Breb in the mountains of Maramures. There is only a very weak internet signal but you will not miss it. A wander around the village and you will be so glad you switched off.

Excellent base for hiking. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snacks/Drinks available a short stroll away at hosts’ garden cafe/bar/restaurant. Food exceptional and sourced locally from farmers producing sustainably. All prepared and cooked on site in the garden in full view of guests. Size of property. Immaculately presented, stunning and well equipped. Enthusiastic hosts who care about the environment and wish to do business using a sustainable model. Rare to find such a gem managed by such delightful hosts. Who wouldn’t want to return to such an idyllic setting ?
