Location and breakfast were very good. The staff was exceptional! Carla, Felipa and Marta helped us book many excursions and reservations including trains. Having a staff to help us in a first visit to Lisbon was the reason we chose a hotel over an Airbnb. They went above and beyond! Alexander, Renan and Doglio (sp?) entertained and educated us in the hotel bar! Thanks to all!

Simply amazing. You should just come and see everything on your own. A very special hotel, and its name, Palácio/ palace, perfectly corresponds to what it actually is.

This is a nice small hotel in an old building, rooms are clean and convenient, what I loved the most was the staff. I met Miguel, Elena, Gisela and señor Jose, all of them are the nicest people, happy to help with every minor request. My room had good air conditioning, a safe box, room service every day, comfortable bed and pillows, towels changed every day. Overall great experience, i booked this hotel with a quite short notice and I’m surprised it was available. Very affordable and is worth every cent.

Great Room, Comfy Bed, Perfect Location. The breakfast is also perfect with a lot of options. Decoration is also top notch. Staff is really welcoming. Overall a great "small hotel" experience in downtown Lisbon.

Great terrace for breakfast. Centrally located hotel with amazing friendly staff. The room was quiet despite the hotel being on the main shopping street. Loved the view up Rue de Augusta and the bustling atmosphere.

Everything was great! The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was great - everything in walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and sweet. Every day we were surprised with a little something in our clean room! We would definitely come back. Maybe a few more vegan options at breakfast would be nice but other than that it was awesome!
