We stayed 2 times in this hotel. Had Standard and Superior Room, both very cosy and beautiful decorated! If you don't have a balcony, a little garden is available to enjoy a drink,. The "28" tram just in front of the main entrance, hopp in for a city tour which I highly recommend. Supermarket Lidl & Auchan to be reached within minutes. Lot's of nice restaurants, bakery, bars and shops near by. Super friendly and helpful staff, welcome coffee & drink at arrival. To the city center it takes approx 10 min by foot or take the metro (stations near).

Everything! Helen is a wonderful hostess and was always ready to help! Everything is very organized, the rooms are super tidy and neat, the kitchen is cozy and has everything you need to cook or just have a quick cup of coffee or tea (which are a gift to the guests, by the way). There's even a laundry room so you can do everything as if you were in your own home. The garden in the back is very relaxing and has some tables and chairs, as well as an artificial lawn with a small goal and a football, in case you want to play around for a bit. 😄 Whenever I go to Lisbon, I know for sure where me and my wife will stay from now on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very central and convenient location, fantastic view of the lively square, very friendly and helpful staff, rich and delicious breakfast with great variety, spotlessly clean, greatly renovated, absolutely soundproof windows, couldn't hear a thing from the buzz of the square. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay!

The stay was phenomenal. The service from the staff was excellent. Special compliments to Marcos at the reception who was very kind and interested in helping with the choice of how to see the city, as well as compliments to Clara who is the PR of the hotel and a wonderful Fado singer who gives tourists an insight into the history and what Fado is. Every morning, the day begins with the sound of the piano and violin, so I recommend experience. The Palace Hotel has and is long owned by one family, and everything in the facility represents how it used to be in the old rich houses of Lisabon. It's like you're in a fairy tale.

Great location and view from our balcony. Rooms were immaculately clean. Hotel is in Biarro Alto so is very near to wonderful part of Lisbon. Above all else the staff were incredibly friendly and we were made very welcome. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Great Room, Comfy Bed, Perfect Location. The breakfast is also perfect with a lot of options. Decoration is also top notch. Staff is really welcoming. Overall a great "small hotel" experience in downtown Lisbon.

The location was perfect - we were on the main street and everything was 5 min from us. The view from the room was amazing - towards the street and you could see the Arc of Rua Augusta and the Castel de Sao Jorge in the distance. The style of the room was interesting - it had vintage elements, combined with contemporary. The breakfast was very delicious and romantic - it was on the roof and there was a view towards the whole city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was very good; nice walking distance from the most important places. Staff was very sweet - my husband even got a little birthday cake with staff singing during breakfast. The room was nice and cosy and everything I had ordered in advance for my husband's birthday was there ready. We want to thank once more; you made us a lovely stay!!
