Wow, to say this is the greatest experience we have had while travelling the world would be an understatement. Everything from the great rooms to the beautiful rooftop were perfect, but the best part of all was pilar and her daughters. They are the most loving, beautiful, welcoming people and made our stay exceptional. We will forever cherish the memories we made on our two week stay, our daughter Remi particularly loved it, and built a beautiful relationship with pilar. We cannot recommend enough, any travellers looking to stay 100% should. Thanks again for everything xx

She is wonderful. Even when we had to leave early in the morning, she left breakfast for us. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. The property location is very good, too. Close to everything.

The owner, Zuzan, was helpful and kind. She made the best breakfast out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Peru. We communicated via translator app and she understood my needs immediately. Her house is located close to the city and offers a quiet rest at night. I was able to walk to San Pedro market within 10 minutes in the morning.

My partner got a food intoxication while we were staying there (not due to the food of the hotel) and Luis provided all the support you could hope for in such a situation. We were allowed to keep the room longer and he helped us a lot, would definitively recommened this place with a unique sense of hospitality.

I rarely give 10 stars but this lovely family run hotel was everything we wished for and more.. The staff went far and beyond to help us with everything. We stayed there twice and got free upgrade. Great value for the money, hot shower with good pressure, heater in the room, excellent location, great service, great room.. Don't expect 5* hotel but if you are after nice authentic family run hotel, Kori Gems is the best choice in Cusco. They gave us advice about landmarks in Cusco, lend us small towel for our trek and were very helpful with advice regarding altitude sickness. Coca tea available in the lobby for free, 24 hours a day 👌

Really lovely quiet rooms with warm showers and great staff. Plus a really brilliant breakfast and in a really village feeling neighbourhood. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and they allowed us to leave our bags while we did multi day stuff in the sacred valley.
