Extremely clean, everything smelt so nice! Beds were so comfortable and the hosts were so lovely. There was a washing machine, spot to hang clothes to dry, and a full sized fridge which were all super handy. One of our nicest stays in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel , worth for money and staff are very nice and flexible, you can ask anything you wish they will try to do their best! There are only 6 rooms available! Otherwise one of the best places in Colombo !

James, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was not only comfortable but also tailored to my needs. The host also checked in on me from time to time to see if I was okay and if I needed anything, which I appreciated. If given the opportunity to visit Sri Lanka again, I wouldn't hesitate to return

Beautiful building, lovely rooms. It's very quiet and close to a nice part of the beach. What makes the place great were the staff. They were very accommodating with everything we needed and gave us all the info we needed to get adjusted to Sri Lanka.

In fact, there is no place to stay here at all, please don't book because we came to the front door and the owner didn't let us in and closed the door on us disrespectfully.
