Me gusto mucho lo grande que era nuestra habitacion,con terraza y muy luminosa. El baño parecia recien reformado. Teniamos la zona universitaria muy cerca,por lo que estaba lleno de bares y restaurantes con terrazas a tan sólo 10 minutos andando,al igual como la torre de Pisa. Alquilamos un coche y desde el hotel teniamos acceso a las salidas principales de la ciudad sin necesidad de cruzarla. El personal muy amable y atento. La cocina compartida estaba impecable y disponia de todo lo necesario. Limpieza maxima todos los dias en las habitaciones. Un unico consejo; si al entrar veis un aparatito de esos que mata a los mosquitos,utilizadlo,yo aprendi la leccion demasiado tarde!!. Por lo demas, todo estupendo,la zona,muy tranquila. Recomendado 100%.

It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.

The apartment is OK and is well equipped, we had a room with our own bathroom. The shared kitchen was sufficient. Everything as in the photos on the booking website. The greatest added value is the very nice and helpful owner. Helpful not only when planning a sightseeing. We were allowed not only to leave our luggage longer, but because there were no next guests in our room, we could free up the room later (so we could sightsee on the last day without luggage). What's more, because it was raining (heavy rain in fact), the owner offered us a ride to the nearby airport for free. So, including everything, the cost of stay here was even lower than the price indicated on booking. We are grateful for all the help.

We loved the attention to detail, a beautiful room that was crafted by a person who knows how to style a stunning room (and bathroom). Right down to a lovely setting for tea with Smeg kettle. Elisabetta was very contactable and personable/helpful.

So close to the leaning of Piss which was just around the corner and you could also walk to railway station. Great restaurants close by.
