Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. This place was 35 mins away from the train station by walking. You can use the bus but it may be easier to come by driving. The best thing about this stay is kindness of our host. He gave us a ride to the train station anytime we need.

It's a short walk away from the station, which is great for everyday travel to Cinque Terre. There is a focacceria next door, a fruit and veg shop across the road and a supermarket almost round the corner😉. The place was super clean and the host was super welcoming and polite. There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

Beautiful room in a very convenient location. It had everything I needed along with a stunning view of the town. The host was excellent and very helpful with any questions. I would absolutely stay here again when back in the area.

I recently stayed at an 3L Luxury in La Spezia, Italy, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The size of the apartment is perfect, the property is very close to the train station for those who want to visit Cinque Terre and only 10 min walking from the marina and there is a supermarket next to the apartment. The apartment was very new and clean. The apartment was cleaned every day and our host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She sent us many recommendations about how to move around and restaurants and she even offered to keep our luggage if we would need it after check-out.

The apartment is beyond expectations and very clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower is just amazing. Also the staff was very kind and helpful!

Rooms were really nice and clean. The apartment is brand new. Perfect place for people travelling with their own car. You can park your car on the apartments own yard which is gated. The hostess was really nice and helpful! She even drove us to the La Spezia train station (was included to the rooms price). Would highly recommend! :)
