Absolutely romantic little cabin in the middle of nowhere (on a farm), surrounded by cute animals (horses, duck, sheep and a dog). This cottage has the perfect size for two, including the bed (they are usually very small in Iceland but not here). It has a fully functional kitchen including fridge and microwave, very nice porcelain and overall the owner choose not only very tasteful furniture and fittings but also good quality. Unfortunately we had a cloudy night as this place is ideal for Aurora Borealis watching otherwise. Super nice and responsive owner too.

Close to Viking Rafting and other activities. Hikes of 1/2 to 7 km on site. We would stay here again. Great for families, couples or groups.

We stayed in the family room and it was very. the common-shared kitchen had everything needed for cooking and tons of plates and bowls. Dishwasher was very nice to have. The breakfast is included and is self serve. Eggs, bread, yogurt, jams, peanut butter, granola, oatmeal, bananas and apples, cheese and meats. The hot tub was amazing - you have to fill it using the switch by the front door. We loved our stay. We went to go visit the stables right across the road to see the horses.

Although there were other guests in other cottages, we had the hot tub all to ourselves (but it's big, could seat a dozen adults!)
